Background

Formerly the ob-gyn department of a large group medical practice, Premier Women’s Care launched in January 2019 as an independent ob-gyn group under its new name. As a business entity, the practice was starting from scratch, but the providers and practice locations were staying the same. The new practice needed to establish its own identity and attract new patients while reassuring existing patients that they would continue to receive the excellent care to which they’d become accustomed.

THE RESULTS

Relatable Communications Group guided Premier Women’s Care’s marketing communications throughout the transition. The project included a new logo designed to appeal to the coastal Southwest Florida all-female patient population, as well as a brochure, patient communications, press release and social media that emphasized the providers’ longstanding service to the community, as well as other strengths of the practice: expertise, compassion, continuity of care, and convenience.
